As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to help lead and develop a talented team while managing a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects. The role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing project delivery, supporting the financial performance of the office and mentoring engineers across the business. You will also play an important part in driving the continued growth and success of the London team.
The successful candidate will hold a recognised engineering degree and be Chartered with either MIStructE or MICE status. Strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ambition to progress further within a nationally recognised consultancy.
