We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Reach Truck Driver (internally known as Warehouse Operative) to be based at our Panattoni site (NN7 4DE). You would be working Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm, with expectation for overtime in line with business requirements.

The Role
As a Reach Truck Driver, you will support the efficient running of our Northampton warehouse operations by handling goods safely across inbound and outbound processes.
You will move and store products using manual handling equipment, including a reach truck, ensuring goods are handled correctly to minimise damage and reduce the risk of injury.
Additionally, you will:
- Carry out equipment checks and report defects promptly
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including PPE use
- Report any issues, concerns or variances immediately
- Support general warehouse tasks as required
About You
To be considered as a Reach Truck Driver, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse-based role
- A valid Reach Truck Licence
- A flexible, proactive attitude
- Good general IT skills
- An awareness of manual handling techniques
- The ability to adapt to changing demands and meet deadlines
