How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Product Managers - Banking / FinTech | London / Hybrid 🚨- £100k plus benefits

    Are you a Product Manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and enjoys turning strategy into meaningful customer and business outcomes?

    We’re working with an innovative financial services organisation investing heavily in the next generation of banking and digital products - and they’re looking for Product Managers to help shape the future.

    This is an opportunity to own squad-level product delivery and optimisation, working across high-impact areas including:

    💸 Payments
    🏦 Core Banking
    📈 Lending & Liquidity
    📊 Data & Digital Platforms

    What you’ll be doing:
    ✅ Owning and prioritising a product backlog and delivery roadmap
    ✅ Translating strategy into clear product outcomes and priorities
    ✅ Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk & Compliance
    ✅ Balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility and regulatory requirements
    ✅ Defining success metrics and using data to continuously improve products and customer journeys
    ✅ Managing dependencies and driving delivery momentum across squads

    I'd love to speak with people who have:
    ✔ 8 + years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience in digital or technology-led environments
    ✔ Experience working closely with engineering teams and Agile delivery models
    ✔ Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capability
    ✔ Experience balancing competing priorities in regulated or complex organisations
    ✔ Financial Services or regulated industry experience (highly desirable)
    ✔ Understanding of APIs, digital platforms and system integrations
