Zest Education is looking for a friendly and committed ECT Teacher to join a supportive primary school in the Walsall area. This is a full‑time, long‑term role, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Assess, track, and support pupil progress through feedback and data
* Adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs (e.g. SEN, EAL)
* Work with a mentor and complete training as part of the ECT induction programme
* Contribute to safeguarding, pastoral care, and wider school activities
Requirements

* Commitment to keeping children safe
* An enhanced DBS, or willingness to get one

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
