Educate GM is working with a welcoming 1 form entry primary school in Stretford that is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026.

The role will involve supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom. The school is looking for someone confident leading interventions, supporting small groups and providing in-class support to help pupils access learning and reach their full potential.

For candidates who are available during the Summer term, there may also be an opportunity to start earlier 😊

👩‍🏫 The Role

• Deliver targeted interventions to pupils requiring additional support
• Take small groups or individual pupils out of class for focused learning sessions
• Provide in-class support alongside the class teacher
• Support pupils academically, socially and emotionally
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

💷 Pay

💰 Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience
✅ Paid every Monday for the previous week’s work
✅ PAYE only – no umbrella companies

✔️ Previous experience working within a school setting is highly desirable
✔️ Experience delivering interventions or small group support
✔️ A patient, proactive and nurturing approach
✔️ Right to work in the UK 🇬🇧
✔️ Ability to provide 2 professional references
