The Role
The successful candidate will become part of a busy and collaborative team, using their residential sector experience and strong AutoCAD skills to produce detailed building regulations packages for a range of residential developments.
The role will involve close coordination with external consultants, clients, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with current regulations.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience within the residential sector, ranging from one-off new-build homes to large-scale development projects
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
* Full proficiency in AutoCAD
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
