What you'll do

Lead and develop the structures discipline in London, building a team that reflects your leadership style.

Drive business development, using your network and client-facing skills to bring in new projects.

Oversee the design of major structures, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions across all materials.
What you'll need

Chartered status, ideally MIStructE, but MICE will be considered.
*
At least 10 years' UK design consultancy experience, giving you the depth of knowledge to lead effectively.
*
Client-facing experience, so you can build relationships and grow the business.
