Inside Sales Representative

Brook Street Recruitment is currently working on behalf of our client in Ballyclare to recruit a motivated and ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the wider sales team by promoting the company's range of compact equipment to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company's range of compact equipment to new customers and small fleet operators
Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to generate new business opportunities
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries from the website, marketing campaigns, and digital channels
Make outbound calls to follow up leads and progress sales opportunities
Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for equipment demonstrations or dealer visits
Arrange appointments and pass qualified leads to the field sales team
Maintain regular customer contact to maximise sales opportunities and ensure excellent service
Accurately update all customer interactions, activity, and pipeline information within the CRM system
Support local digital marketing initiatives including online listings, email campaigns, and social media activity
Represent the business professionally and consistently promote the company brand

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in sales, telesales, retail, automotive, call centre, or customer-facing roles
Confidence communicating with customers over the phone on a daily basis
A positive, resilient attitude with the drive to achieve results
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine interest in sales and building a successful long-term career
