We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work closely with students who require additional academic or emotional support. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

* Provide one-to-one and small-group learning support

* Assist teachers in adapting classroom activities

* Support students with additional learning needs

* Encourage positive behaviour and classroom participation

* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

* Support students’ emotional wellbeing and confidence

Requirements

* Experience working with children or young people preferred

* Positive, patient, and supportive attitude

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
