We are looking for a motivated, caring, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated support team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting childrenās education and development in a rewarding school environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers to provide academic and pastoral support to pupils across various year groups.
Responsibilities
* Support teachers in delivering classroom lessons and activities
* Assist students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
* Help maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
* Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation
* Encourage positive behaviour and student participation
* Support students during breaktimes, trips, and extracurricular activities when required
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential
* Positive, patient, and adaptable attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* A genuine interest in supporting childrenās learning and development
