How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Client Services Agent

    Maidstone, Kent (Hybrid Working)

    £26,500 per annum DOE

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer-Focused Client Services Agent to join a growing and innovative technology business operating within the digital identity and compliance sector.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

    Working within a busy client services team, you will be responsible for supporting customers through the application and verification process, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with industry regulations and procedures.

    This role offers a varied workload where no two days are the same, combining customer support, administration, data validation and process management.

    Key Responsibilities

    Reviewing and verifying customer application data

    Supporting customers via email and ticketing systems

    Issuing and processing applications in line with company procedures

    Liaising with external business registries and stakeholders

    Maintaining accurate internal records and documentation

    Supporting internal process improvements and ad-hoc projects

    Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels

    The successful candidate will demonstrate

    Excellent customer service and communication skills

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

    The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

    Good organisational and problem-solving abilities

    Confidence learning new systems and processes quickly

    Previous experience within a customer support, administration, data-entry or service-based environment would be advantageous.

    Additional language skills would also be beneficial, although not essential.
