We're Hiring: Domestic Abuse Advocate Educator (IRIS)
📍 Location: Across Sandwell, Walsall, Dudley & Wolverhampton
⏰ Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon-Fri, 9-5
💷 Salary: £25,590 - £27,671

Are you passionate about making a difference for people experiencing domestic abuse? We're looking for a confident, organised and compassionate woman* to join our team.
This role is all about:

Delivering inspiring training to GP practices on recognising & responding to domestic abuse

Building strong partnerships with healthcare teams

Supporting survivors with risk assessments, safety planning, advocacy & practical help

Holding a caseload of around 25 clients, making a real impact every day
✨ What we're looking for:

Experience in support, advocacy or training (domestic abuse knowledge is a bonus!)

Great communication & organisational skills

A full UK driving licence & use of your own vehicle

Willingness to travel across the Black Country
