How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Banking Partnerships Director

    Competitive salary

    London (WC2B)

Enterprise FinTech | Strategic Alliances | Banking Ecosystem Growth

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused partnerships leader to join a growing international technology business operating within the treasury, payments, and enterprise finance space.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building senior-level relationships, developing strategic banking alliances, and driving partner-led revenue growth across multiple European markets.

The role will work closely with regional leadership teams to strengthen market presence through collaborative go-to-market initiatives with leading financial institutions across EMEA.

    The Opportunity

    * This is a strategic, externally facing role focused on creating and expanding a high-performing banking referral network.

    * You will be responsible for developing relationships with banking organisations, enabling partner sales teams, increasing referral activity, and supporting joint business development initiatives.

    * Success in this position will come from combining strong commercial instincts with the ability to influence stakeholders across both banking and technology environments.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    Strategic Partner Development

Identify and engage prospective banking partners across EMEA markets.

Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders within corporate banking, treasury, and payments divisions.

Develop regional partnership plans aligned with wider commercial growth objectives.

    Revenue & Pipeline Growth

Work alongside internal sales teams to increase partner-sourced opportunities.

Support referral activity through structured collaboration and co-selling initiatives.

Monitor pipeline progression and help accelerate deal movement through partner channels.

    Partner Enablement & Collaboration

Deliver onboarding and enablement programmes for new banking partners.

Equip partner teams with positioning materials, presentations, and market messaging.

Coordinate regular business reviews, performance discussions, and growth planning sessions.

    Marketing & Market Engagement

Support joint campaigns, webinars, events, and lead-generation initiatives.

Represent the organisation at industry events and partner engagements.

Promote the partner ecosystem through professional networks and thought leadership activity.

    Internal Stakeholder Management

    * Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams.

    * Ensure alignment between regional priorities and partnership initiatives.

    * Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the company’s EMEA partnerships strategy.

    About You

You are an experienced relationship-builder with strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of the banking and fintech landscape.

You are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, navigating complex organisations, and operating in fast-moving environments where growth and innovation are central to success.

    Experience & Skills Required

    * Experience within strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or channel management.

    * Background in fintech, enterprise software, banking, treasury technology, or payments solutions.

    * Demonstrated success managing or growing banking referral partnerships.

    * Strong understanding of enterprise sales environments and partner-led growth models.

    * Ability to influence and collaborate across internal and external stakeholder groups.

    * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    * Commercially minded with strong organisational and project-management abilities.

    * Comfortable managing multiple markets and partner relationships simultaneously.

    * Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously.

    Advantageous

    * Knowledge of treasury management, liquidity solutions, or financial risk products.

    * Existing relationships within the banking or financial services sector.

    * Additional European languages, particularly French or Italian
