As a GCA (Government Commercial Agency) approved supplier, Applebough Recruitment will be able to work directly with academies from September 2026 under the Department for Education’s mandated framework arrangements. The Role
As a Senior Resourcer / Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and developing both client and candidate relationships while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing existing client accounts
* Delivering exceptional customer service to schools, candidates, and stakeholders
* Resourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates for education settings
* Building strong relationships with schools, academies, and education professionals
* Supporting business growth through proactive account management
* Managing compliance and candidate onboarding processes
* Working closely with the leadership team to support company objectives and vision
* Taking ownership of recruitment campaigns and staffing requirements
* Maintaining high standards of professionalism, communication, and organisation

* Has proven experience within recruitment, ideally education recruitment
