Key Responsibilities : SEN Teaching Assistant, Bedford
Provide in-class, 1:1, and small group support for students with MLD
Support students with literacy, numeracy, and structured learning tasks
Assist teachers in delivering adapted and accessible lessons
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
Build strong, trusting relationships with students
Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
Requirements : SEN Teaching Assistant, Bedford
Previous experience working in SEN, particularly with MLD (preferred)
Experience working with secondary-aged students or young people
A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to different learning needs and behaviours
