Stevenage – Fully Office Based
Between 8:00am – 5:00pm (24 hours per week)
£13.50 - £15.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Stevenage.
This is a varied administration role where you will be supporting with the day-to-day coordination of jobs and ensuring internal systems and processes are kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
• Raising and processing jobs on the internal system
• Managing and responding to the Solutions mailbox
• Supporting with alerting and invoicing transactions on the CRM system
• Chasing and liaising with new suppliers
• Updating spreadsheets and tracking ongoing jobs
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team
• Ensuring all information is accurate and updated efficiently
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous administration experience within an office environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reliable and proactive with a positive attitude
