Key Responsibilities

Inputting purchase ledger invoices
Raising monthly e-commerce invoices
Updating bank transaction spreadsheets
Maintaining cash flow control
Managing and maintaining the Xero accounting system
Credit control responsibilities
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Monitoring customer profitability
Entering customer invoices into EDI systems
VAT reporting
Preparing year-end accounts for external accountantsIdeal Candidate

QBE or Part-qualified/Qualified Accountant
Previous experience using Xero accounting software desirable
Strong Excel and general IT skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Organised with strong attention to detailWhat's on Offer
