We're recruiting a passionate Care Home Head Chef to lead the kitchen within a high-end care home setting in Blackburn. As the Care Home Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by:

Managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen operation
Preparing fresh, high-quality meals with excellent presentation
Creating menus tailored to residents' preferences and dietary needs
Ensuring compliance with food safety and IDDSI standards
Leading and motivating the kitchen team to maintain high standards
Building positive relationships with residents and engaging with them regularly about food choicesWhat we're looking for:
We're looking for a passionate kitchen leader who brings:

Previous experience managing kitchens within a care home or healthcare environment
Strong fresh food background with luxury or fine dining experience
Knowledge and understanding of IDDSI guidelines
Experience working as a Chef Manager or supporting at Executive Chef level
A proactive, friendly, and team-focused approach
Genuine passion for food quality, presentation, and resident experience
