Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is building a reputable name in the London construction sector, offering a one stop solution for bespoke joinery and Second fix carpentry to new build residential projects. They are growing an impressive portfolio of repeat clients working with the capitals top contractors.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Q.S looking for a challenge, to work within a driven environment, hungry for success.
Salary to £85k | Incentivised Bonus | Pension | 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Senior Q.S Key Essentials:
* As a Senior Q.S, reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial aspects under JCT form of contract
* Involved in procurement and preparing work quotations including bills of quantities
* Overseeing project budgets and cost estimates
* Monitoring variations and carrying out applications for payment
* Taking ownership of any contractual disputes or claims
* Providing commercial support across the business
Senior Q.S Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Q.S on Carpentry / Construction projects
* Excellent commercial awareness with clearly demonstrable experience at Senior Q.S level
* Good knowledge of JCT form of contract
