How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Head of Commercial

    KSF Global is a specialist supplier of bespoke retail fixtures, POS/POP displays and branded environments for multinational brands and retailers. Our services include concept design, engineering design, prototyping, production, warehousing, distribution and installation.

    As part of our next phase of growth, KSF is transforming from a pure bespoke project business into a scalable hybrid solutions provider combining:

    bespoke and standardised product ranges,

    digital signage and technology solutions,

    and expansion into new sectors including hospitality, healthcare and wellbeing.

    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a commercially driven, strategic and hands-on Head of Commercial to lead KSF’s next stage of growth and professionalisation.

    This role will take ownership of:

    commercial strategy,

    sales leadership,

    marketing direction,

    market expansion,

    strategic account development,

    pricing and profitability,

    and scalable revenue growth.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in introducing stronger commercial structure, forecasting, accountability and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Innovation and Finance.

    This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who is equally comfortable operating in:

    bespoke project environments,

    product-led sales environments,

    and technology-enabled commercial solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Commercial Strategy & Growth

    Develop and execute KSF’s commercial growth strategy

    Support transition from bespoke-only projects to a hybrid business model

    Identify scalable revenue opportunities and new market sectors

    Build predictable and sustainable commercial processes

    Support development of new sales channels including online and more transactional sales models

    Sales Leadership & Account Growth

    Lead and develop the sales function

    Improve pipeline management, conversion rates and forecasting

    Drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth

    Develop sector-specific commercial approaches for:

    retail,

    hospitality,

    healthcare,

    and wellbeing sectors

    Drive cross-selling between fixtures, POS and technology solutions

    Marketing & Brand Development

    Lead commercial marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives

    Oversee lead generation and campaign activity

    Strengthen KSF’s positioning across both traditional retail and emerging sectors

    Support development of:

    website strategy,

    digital marketing,

    case studies,

    social media,

    exhibitions,

    showroom activity,

    and product launch campaigns

    Improve communication of KSF’s combined strengths in:

    bespoke manufacturing,

    modular product systems,

    and technology integration

    Product & Market Commercialisation

    Work closely with the Product & Innovation team to:

    support launch of standardised and modular product ranges

    commercialise digital signage and technology solutions

    improve product positioning and go-to-market strategies

    develop scalable and repeatable commercial offers

    Commercial Performance & Profitability

    Improve pricing discipline and margin management

    Monitor sales performance, commercial KPIs and profitability

    Improve forecasting accuracy and commercial reporting

    Support strategic partnerships and channel opportunities

    Leadership & Collaboration

    Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

    Work collaboratively with Operations, Product Innovation and Finance teams

    Help professionalise the organisation while maintaining KSF’s entrepreneurial and customer-focused culture

    Candidate Profile

    We are looking for someone with:

    proven commercial leadership experience within below related industries: retail design and supply, shopfitting, interiors, manufacturing, printing, digital signage, technology product

    strong sales, business development and marketing capability

    experience scaling SME or growth-stage businesses

    understanding of both bespoke project environments and product-led sales models

    strong commercial acumen, communication and leadership skills

    Highly desirable:

    experience with digital signage or technology products

    ERP / CRM systems experience (Odoo experience advantageous)

    experience introducing scalable or more transactional sales models

    Salary & Benefits

    Base Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

    Commission & Bonus: £10,000 – £20,000

    Annual Paid Holiday: Up to 25 days
