Key Responsibilities
* Deliver recruitment and revenue targets.
* Develop partnerships with agents, schools, and institutions.
* Lead and support the UK Sales team.
* Monitor market trends and recruitment performance.
* Work closely with internal teams to maximise student conversion.
* Manage budgets, commissions, and reporting.
Education and Experience
* Degree qualified or equivalent.
* 3–5+ years’ experience in student recruitment or education sales.
* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
* Results-driven with willingness to travel as required.
Skills
