How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Industrialisation Test Engineer - Greenwich, London - £52 - £55,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits - Permanent

    The Role

    We are seeking a Industrialisation Test Engineer with high voltage product experience to support the development and launch of high-reliability products within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    This role focuses on the design, integration, commissioning, and support of high voltage production test systems, working closely with R&D, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design and develop high voltage test benches (hardware and software).
    Install, commission, integrate, and validate automated HV test systems.
    Create test documentation including specifications, instructions, drawings, and verification plans.
    Ensure compliance with HV safety standards alongside Health & Safety teams.
    Support the introduction of new test systems into production.
    Investigate and resolve product test failures and manufacturing test issues.
    Provide hands-on debug and technical support for production test equipment.
    Analyse first-off test results and support product failure investigations.
    Train manufacturing teams on new test equipment and processes.
    Maintain test software, databases, and supporting documentation.
    Support continuous improvement and industrialisation activities across manufacturing.

    Requirements

    Degree qualified in High Voltage Electronics or a related discipline.
    Strong understanding of HV fundamentals and safety protocols.
    Proven experience developing automated high voltage production test systems.
    Experience designing and supporting HV test equipment within manufacturing.
    Understanding of electromechanical production processes.
    Proficiency in developing and maintaining test programs using National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand.
    Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S knowledge would be beneficial.
