Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm

Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced TIG / MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work to a high standard in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
About the Role
You will be involved in a variety of stainless steel fabrication and welding projects, including sheet metal work, light fabrications, and pipework. Every project is different, so the ability to read drawings, problem-solve, and adapt is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
Fabricate stainless steel components, pipework, and sheet metal assemblies
Read and work from detailed engineering and fabrication drawings
Measure accurately and work within tolerances
Use hand and air tools safely and effectively
Complete fabrication jobs from start to finish
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
Support the production team with additional workshop tasks when required
Work on bespoke and custom-built projects, sometimes using sketches or limited drawingsSkills & Experience
Previous experience in TIG and MIG welding
Minimum 1 year fabrication experience preferred but not essential
Welding test required before starting
Stainless steel welding experience preferred but not essential
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a teamWhat We Offer
