They’re a 4-vet mixed practice with a genuine 50:50 split between companion animal and production animal work, primarily dairy and beef, alongside lifestyle and some equine. You’ll get real variety, real autonomy, and the chance to properly develop your skills in a supportive environment.

The practical bits:
* Full or part-time considered.
* 8am–5pm Monday to Friday.
* Shared 1 in 4 on-call rota (occasionally 1 in 3 during leave periods)
* 2 days off in lieu after on-call week.
* Salary from around NZD $150K for experienced vets, plus extras
* Vehicle, phone, health & income protection insurance.
* NZVA & VCNZ fees paid.
* Performance bonuses and generous CPD support.
* Sole charge only when appropriate to experience.
