Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, practical and theory-based teaching across Mechanical Engineering programmes.
* Support learners on Level 2 and Level 3 provision, apprenticeships, and potentially HE programmes where appropriate.
* Plan and prepare inclusive, effective lessons and learning activities.
* Assess learner work, monitor progress, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
* Promote safe working practices within workshop and classroom environments.
* Create a positive, professional and supportive learning environment.
* Contribute to learner achievement, retention and progression.
Essential
* Strong industry experience within Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
* Ability to engage and support learners across a range of levels.
* Strong communication, organisational and practical skills.
* HNC/HND in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Teaching qualification, although this is not essential and support can be provided.
* Experience delivering engineering education, training, mentoring or apprenticeship support.

£42000.00 - £45000.00 per year
