The successful candidate must be able to start as soon as possible, and be able to work 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary, on-going position with the opportunity to go permanent in the future.
As a Medical Packer, you will be:
* Packing surgical equipment after an intense clean
* Checking products are all present against computerised list of items required
* Working within a sterile environment
* Following procedures
* Ensuring that all equipment is cleaned and sterile thoroughly
* Ensuring that the packing is done exactly to the specifications
* Completing all relevant paperwork
Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours
* Confidence working within a sterile, medical environment
* The ability to do a repetitive but important job (whilst training)
* Previous experience in sterile environment is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent communication skills
