About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as an Entry-Level Service Engineer. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career in electrical and electronic engineering.
You will gain hands-on experience in the calibration, testing, and repair of equipment. Full training and support will be provided to help you develop the technical skills and confidence needed to succeed.
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £25k+ per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the calibration, testing, and repair of test equipment
Support the diagnosis and resolution of electrical and electronic faults
Maintain clear and accurate service records and documentation
Follow quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Work collaboratively with team members
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline
Interest in engineering and technical problem-solving
Good attention to detail and willingness to learnDesirable:
Any academic or practical exposure to electronics, testing equipment, or repair work
Basic understanding of instrumentation or electrical systems
Training & Development
Structured training on equipment, tools, and processes
Ongoing learning and development opportunities
