* Deliver technical and product training programmes to automotive technicians through classroom, workshop, virtual classroom, and live broadcast environments.
* Facilitate practical and theory-based learning sessions focused on diagnostics, electrical systems, and new vehicle technologies.
* Prepare, maintain, and update technical training materials and course content to align with industry and manufacturer developments.
* Conduct practical demonstrations, learner assessments, and knowledge evaluations to support competency development.
* Support learners with varying levels of technical experience by adapting delivery methods to suit individual learning needs.
* Promote learner engagement through interactive and structured training sessions.
* Assist with the rollout of new model and product launch training activities.
* Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, certifications, and administrative documentation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve training quality, course effectiveness, and learner outcomes.
* Ensure all training activities are delivered in line with health, safety, and professional standards.
Qualifications / Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or a related automotive discipline.
* Strong technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics, and electrical systems.
* Previous experience within an automotive workshop, dealership, or manufacturer environment.
* Confident presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage different learner groups.
* Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or technical instruction is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple training priorities effectively.
* Competent in using digital learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and Microsoft Office applications.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
