Main duties will include but are not limited too;
* Ensure that all correspondence is managed within company policy, procedures and KPIs.
* Plan and manage the induction and onboarding of direct reports
* Create, shape and improve written and visual materials for senior and Board-level audiences.
* Prepare effective agendas, take accurate minutes, produce action trackers, book meeting rooms and hospitality without guidance
* Take ownership of the Executive Director’s budgets, trackers and approvals- Provide proactive insight on spend, risks and upcoming decisions.
Essential candidate criteria;
* Experience in budget management
* Be able to work proactively with no supervision
* Experience in a similar senior position within a fast-paced environment
* Experience and ability to produce board papers
* Ability to work flexibly and be able to commute to the office when needed
This role is a full-time permanent position
Hybrid working – Flexibility on office working days (Tuesday is none negotiable)
3 days a week in the office on average but need to be happy to work to business needs
Salary £50,000 per annum
Transport costs are covered but you must be able to reasonably commute to the London Office in Camden
