How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Graduate Product Development Associate – R&D role:

    Join our team as a Product Development Associate. You'll play a key role in contributing to the development and delivery of new product lines, as well as enhancing existing products.

    In this role, you will work as part of a project team to provide objective, quality data to support decision making during the development of skin, surface, and floor cleaning products.

    Responsibilities as our Graduate Product Development Associate – R&D:

    Plan product claims and validation requirements

    Perform product testing to validate new products

    Analyse data and clearly articulate test conclusions to stakeholders

    Experience you’ll bring as our Graduate Product Development Associate – R&D:

    Able to perform measurements accurately and follow a written protocol

    Previous laboratory experience (desirable)

    A level qualification

    Behaviours you’ll need:

    An attitude of accountability and responsibility

    Able to follow tasks through to completion

    Strong time management and organisational skills

    Please Note:

    This role is based in the UK, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

    We do not provide domestic or international relocation for this role.

    You will be required to work from the office 5 days a week during the 90 days. After this, the arrangement will transition to 4 days in the office and one day working from home each week.*
