A leading M&E Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a major project based in Coldingley, Bisley, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong order book and a reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical installations across complex commercial projects.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the mechanical package, managing the project from installation through to commissioning and handover.
The Role
* Managing the full mechanical package on site
* Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers
* Driving programme and ensuring project milestones are achieved
* Managing client and consultant relationships throughout the project
* Overseeing health & safety and maintaining site compliance
* Monitoring quality, commissioning and project delivery standards
* Attending site meetings and producing regular progress reports
* Working closely with commercial and design teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E sector
* Strong background delivering commercial or large-scale building services projects
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively
* SMSTS/SSSTS required
* Strong understanding of mechanical installations and commissioning processes
