How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    CNC Setter/Operator-Mazak

    Liverpool (South East)-Commutable from Liverpool, Widnes, Runcorn, St Helens, Warrington

    Salary plus shift premium plus benefits

    Dayshift, 3 x 12 hours shifts per week (1 Saturday in 2, no Sunday work)

    Are you a CNC Setter Operator looking for a days based role with shift allowance, job security and working 3 days a week?

    With the shift allowance you can earn over £40K for a 3 day week with no nights.

    This is an excellent opportunity to work on a shift position, in a modern clean environment with the opportunity for further training and career /salary development.

    The position is working on multi-axis turn/mill machining centres, but the client will consider candidates who do not meet the exact machine spec but has a wealth of experience on other complex machine types

    The company are a market leading bespoke pharmaceutical manufacturer with a global presence. The company pride themselves on their high tech, clean and fast paced environment, due to its continuous growth and expansion are looking to develop the team.

    The Role:

    Permanent, full time position, working day shifts, 3 x 12 hours per week. No Sunday work, alternative Saturdays.
    Setting and operating of of multi-axis turn/mill machining centres.
    Setting and operating Mazak machine tools
    Working with Stainless steels and alloys

    The Person:

    Working experience in a manufacturing environment
    Experience setting and operating
    CNC operator with Turn/Mill experience to go straight onto the Mazak section.
