Internal Recruitment Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Volume Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a long-term temporary basis, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, delivery-focused recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is confident managing multiple vacancies at a fast pace.

Key Responsibilities

Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple roles
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates efficiently
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from attraction through to onboarding
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment activityAbout You

Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience (essential)
Previous experience within an external recruitment agency (highly desirable)
Proven experience handling volume recruitment and tight deadlines
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsWhat's on Offer

Flexible working - remote considered, with a preference for 1 day per week in Coventry office.
