Job Title: Wellbeing Advisor / Coach
Location: Kent - Hybrid role (Travel required across local area when required)
Salary: up to £29,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Duties:
Provide tailored wellbeing and behavioural support to individuals to promote positive lifestyle changes, engagement, and progression outcomes.
Deliver 1:1 and group-based interventions focused on motivation, confidence building, and behaviour change.
Act as an advocate for participants, ensuring their views are represented and supporting informed decision-making.
Support individuals during early engagement and reintegration stages, providing structured and consistent guidance.
Respond to referrals within agreed timescales and ensure timely engagement with participants.
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, progress and outcomes.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies and internal teams to deliver coordinated, holistic support.
Essential Criteria:
Ideally have experience of working within a similar role, such a peer mentoring / coaching etc.
Experience of working with individuals with a range of personal / social barriers, e.g. mental illness, substance misuse, homelessness etc.
Have strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Must be flexible with travel.Please note:
