As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple residential developments, ensuring projects are commercially managed from pre-construction through to final account. The successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely with operational teams, subcontractors, and senior management to maintain financial control, maximise profitability, and support project delivery across a range of housing developments. Responsibilities:

• Managing costs across multiple housing developments

• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages

• Producing valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Cost reporting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle

• Working closely with site teams to monitor project performance

• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets are achieved

• Supporting senior commercial staff with strategic project decisions

• Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have previous experience working within the residential or housing sector and will understand the pace and structure of volume housebuilding projects. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple schemes are essential for this Quantity Surveyor position.
