Plumber

We are seeking skilled and reliable Plumbers for an immediate start on a project in Newcastle. This is a temporary role lasting approximately 2 months. Package

Rate: £19 - £25 per hour (Depending on pay type)
Hours: 38 - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Overtime: Additional overtime opportunities available
Duration: 2-month contract
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Duties

Carrying out full bathroom refits from strip-out to final handover.
Installing, positioning, and connecting hot water cylinders and associated system components.
Running new pipework (copper and plastic) and altering existing feeds for basin, toilet, bath, and shower positions.
First and second-fixing of all sanitaryware, brassware, and wastes.
Diagnosing and rectifying any initial system leaks during testing and commissioning.
Ensuring all plumbing work is safe, functional, tidy, and compliant with building regulations.

Requirements

Experience: Strong background in domestic plumbing, specifically bathroom refits and cylinder installations.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent time-served experience).
Availability: Ready for an immediate or near-immediate start.
