My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage BAU workload and provide 1st and 2nd line support. The ideal candidate will be personable with a professional passion for providing high quality IT support services.
Key responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across the business
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 11
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and general infrastructure issues
Support technology updates and contribute to ITIL best practices
Assist with additional IT projects and ongoing technical initiatives
IT Support Engineer Experience/Technologies:
Windows 10/11 administration, troubleshooting, and end-user support
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Intune administration and support
Active Directory administration and user/account management
Ticketing system management and response to user support requests
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The successful IT Support Engineer candidate will be commutable 5 days a week to Dereham.
