What You’ll Be Doing
Putting safety first every single day and reporting anything that doesn’t look right.
Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised — because great work starts with great housekeeping.
Carrying out quality checks to ISO standards to ensure our products meet the mark.
Working as part of a supportive line team to hit production targets and deliver top‑quality MDF Mouldings.
Following operating procedures and processes with care and consistency.
Keeping your supervisor updated on progress and any issues.
Playing an active role in helping the department achieve its goals.
