Tradewind Recruitment are working with a secondary school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire seeking an energetic and motivated Sports Coach to support physical education, extra-curricular activity and wider student development.

The successful candidate will:
Support PE departments across Key Stages 3 and 4
Deliver small group activities and practical sessions
Assist with after-school clubs, fixtures and enrichment programmes
Encourage participation, teamwork and positive behaviour
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
The ideal applicant will have:
Experience working with young people in coaching, education or youth settings
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive and enthusiastic approach
The ability to motivate students of varying abilities
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
