CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled Engineer to be based in a healthcare contract located in Sutton. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

Hours of work:
4 on 4 off days only 07:00 AM - 19:00 PM

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motorsPackage

Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Required)
18th Edition (Required if Electrical Bias)
Electrical Testing - 2391 (Desirable)
