The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Maintenance Electrician to join the team, covering sites across Manchester, Liverpool, and the wider Northwest region. The role will involve a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance within commercial/FM environments.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
Perform maintenance and fault-finding on fire and security systems
Complete general building maintenance tasks when required
Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with industry regulations
Provide high standards of customer service on client sites
Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4)Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 4:30pmPackage
Salary up to £45,000 (on-call included)
Overtime paid at 1.5x
Call-out rota: 1 in 4 (minimal call-outs)
21 days holiday + bank holidays

Essential Experience
Experience working within the FM (Facilities Management) industry
Strong background in electrical maintenance
Experience maintaining fire and security systemsDesirable Experience
Experience working on wholesale or large retail sites such as B&Q, Roger Jones, or similar environmentsQualifications Required
