How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Our client is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Supply Planner to join a high-performing Supply Chain team on a fixed-term contract until December 2026. This is a key role responsible for aligning demand, supply, and inventory to ensure optimal service levels and efficient stock management across multiple markets.

    Description

    Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise supply chain efficiency
    Develop and maintain end-to-end supply and inventory plans aligned with demand forecasts, supplier capacity, and distribution requirements
    Monitor stock levels and proactively identify supply risks (e.g. capacity constraints, logistics delays), implementing mitigation actions
    Ensure accurate inventory data within ERP systems to support planning and reporting
    Manage relationships with 3PL/4PL providers to ensure efficient inventory and logistics operations
    Lead month-end stock reconciliation across ERP systems, physical stock, and third-party providers
    Support new product launches and ensure alignment between supply planning and commercial objectives
    Contribute to the Supply Review within the S&OP/IBP process, including scenario planning and risk management
    Track and analyse supply chain KPIs (e.g. OTIF, availability), driving continuous improvement initiatives

    Profile

    A successful Supply Planner should have:

    Experience in supply planning, logistics, or supply chain roles within FMCG, consumer healthcare, or similar fast-paced sectors
    Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory and supplier management
    Proven experience using ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) and advanced Excel skills
    Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
    Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-SKU, international environment
    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
    Professional certifications (e.g. CIPS, CILT) are advantageousJob Offer
