How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    You've spent 5+ years crafting copy, concepts or editorial for business audiences, whether in an agency, newsroom or brand environment. You're as comfortable writing long-form thought leadership as you are shaping campaign ideas, keynote decks, social content or sharp, strategic messaging.


    You care deeply about the craft. The right tone. The perfect line. The flow of a story. But you're also a strategic thinker who understands audiences, solves problems and knows how to sell an idea with confidence.


    You're collaborative, curious and proactive by nature — someone who enjoys working closely with strategists, designers and producers to bring ambitious creative work to life. And you're excited by the possibilities of technology, AI and innovation, especially when it comes to finding new ways to tell stories that cut through.

    We are looking for a Creative Content Lead to join the London team. Someone who can interrogate briefs, uncover powerful insights and build compelling narratives across everything from reports and keynote decks to advertising, social and branded content.


    This is a role for a self-starter who can think strategically, write brilliantly and confidently lead ideas from concept through to execution.
