GI Group Humber are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Prepper on behalf of our client based in the Grimsby DN31 area.
Pay & Hours
Pay rate: £16.05 per hour
4 on 4 off shift pattern
Working hours: 06:00 - 18:00
Temp to perm opportunity after 12 weeks (subject to performance and attendance)
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Bodywork preparation including sanding, priming, masking and filling panels
Preparing vehicles for paint or repair to a high standard
Identifying and reporting any faults, damage or defects
Safely driving and manoeuvring vehicles within the site or designated locations
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous vehicle preparation/bodywork experience is essential (client requirement)
Confident and competent driving and manoeuvring vehicles on site
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
Reliable, punctual and able to work the 4 on 4 off shift rotation
Full UK Driving Licence, held for 2 years
0 points or endorsements on licence (3 points can be accepted, subject to endorsement code)
22 years of age and over
