In this role, you’ll be assembling, testing and packing electrical and electromechanical products, working from engineering drawings and company documentation.

What will you be doing as an Electrical Assembler?
* Assembling electrical products
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Using resins, glues and curing agents
* Assembling optical units, wiring looms, cables and electromechanical components
* Testing or calibrating assemblies
* Packing products, from individual items to site kits
* Handling process materials safely
* Using computerised assembly, test and stock control systems
What will you need?
* Electrical assembly or wiring experience
* Experience with assembly, testing, packing or material handling processes
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings, method sheets or samples
* Confidence using general hand assembly tools
* IT literacy, including working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
