An established family run business with over 50 years of expertise in quality building, renovation, and landscaping services are currently expanding their team.
This organisation is enjoying considerable growth in the refurbishment sector and currently seeking a Painter & Decorator on a temporary to permanent basis.
Must be prepared to travel up to 1 hour radius to various projects in Wiltshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire and Van and fuel card will be supplied.
Projects undertaken are mainly property refurbishments that includes:
* Full property refurbishment
* Painting & Decorating
* Plastering & Rendering
* Kitchen & Bathrooms
* Carpentry & Joinery
* Tiling & Flooring
* General Building & Maintenance
* Brickwork and Repointing
* Gardening & Grounds Maintenance
Candidate profile:
* Experienced Painter & Decorator
* Beneficial if you have experience in Lime washing or wall papering
* Has own rollers, brushes, whites etc
* Flexible and hard working
* Willing to travel up to 1 hour radius to cover various projects in Wiltshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Details, Salary and benefits:
Usual site hours Monday to Friday are 8am-4.30pm
£35,000-£39,000 per annum depending on experience
Overtime - any hours after standard 40 hour week is paid at time and a half
Weekends paid time and a half
Van and fuel card provided
Holiday pay
