How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

HR Advisor - Build Your Future with a Global Leader
Are you ready to accelerate your HR career within a forward-thinking, international organisation where your impact will truly matter?
We're looking for an ambitious, driven, and people-focused HR Advisor to join a market-leading, globally recognised business at an exciting stage of growth. This is more than just a role-it's an opportunity to become a trusted partner to senior leaders, shape workplace culture, and develop your expertise in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
    Why This Role?
As the organisation continues to expand, the HR function plays a pivotal role in enabling success. You'll be at the heart of that journey-supporting strategic growth while gaining exposure to complex HR challenges and real career progression opportunities within a multinational business.
Based from the Lutterworth office, you'll also have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites (pool car provided), building strong, credible relationships with senior leadership teams and influencing outcomes on the ground. No two days will be the same.
    What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with the HR Business Partner and senior leadership teams, you will:
    · Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing hands-on, pragmatic HR support across multiple sites
    · Play a key role in employee relations, leading investigations and guiding managers through complex cases with confidence and integrity
    · Ensure a fair, consistent, and compliant approach to people management aligned with best practice and company values
    · Support the delivery of people initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organisational growth
    · Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, offering insight into both blue- and white-collar recruitment trends
    · Coach managers on effective onboarding and induction, setting teams up for long-term success
    What Makes This Opportunity Unique
You may not know the company's services yet-but their work impacts millions of lives across the UK every day. Backed by ambitious growth plans and a commitment to excellence, they are on a mission to become an employer of choice within their sector.
Performance and potential are recognised and rewarded-this is a true meritocracy where your contribution drives your progression.
The organisation also holds a Gold EcoVadis rating, placing it in the top 5% of over 150,000 companies globally for sustainability, ethics, and social responsibility-so you can be proud of the business you represent.
    Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is serious about building a long-term HR career.
    You will bring:
    · Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with strong employee relations expertise
    · Confidence in leading investigations and handling complex, sensitive matters
    · A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused mindset
    · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
    · A hands-on, pragmatic approach and a genuine passion for people
    · CIPD Level 5 - degree education is desirable
    Your Future Starts Here
This is your chance to step into a role where you can make a visible impact, accelerate your development, and unlock genuine career progression within a global organisation that invests in its people.
If you're ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to push yourself to the next level-we'd love to hear from you.
Apply now and take the next step in your HR journey.
