The Senior Project Manager's role

The successful Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of multiple commercial and private sector projects across London.

Responsibilities include:

Managing projects from inception through to completion
Overseeing multiple live projects simultaneously
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Taking ownership of key client accounts
Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities
Leading project meetings and stakeholder coordination
Managing project reporting, budgets and delivery programmes
Supporting the growth and mentoring of junior team members
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

The Senior Project Manager

The consultancy is seeking an experienced and commercially aware Senior Project Manager with:

Consultancy-side project management experience
Strong commercial or private sector project experience
Proven ability managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Business development and account management experience
Leadership capabilities and team mentoring experience
Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or similar
Chartered or working towards MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM preferred
