⚡ Role Overview
We are currently seeking qualified Electricians to join a long-term project on a hospital site in Orpington.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure stable, ongoing work on a well-managed site within a professional environment.
The role will involve working across a live healthcare setting, carrying out a combination of maintenance and small works while ensuring minimal disruption to site operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
* Reactive maintenance and fault finding
* Minor installation and upgrade works
* Working safely within a live environment
* Adhering to site health & safety procedures
✅ Requirements
* JIB Gold Card / ECS Gold – Essential
* 18th Edition (BS7671)
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
* Proven experience in commercial projects
* Ability to work independently and from drawings
* Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
* Good understanding of health & safety compliance
Previous experience working in hospital or healthcare environments is advantageous but not essential.
