This is a full-time, on-site role for a Boutique Leader at our Candles & Oud concession in Meadowhall Mall, Sheffield. The Boutique Leader will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing product displays, tracking inventory, handling budgets, and setting sales goals. The Boutique Leader will foster a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience for all customers, while maintaining the brand's high standards.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional guest experiences and build rapport with clients.
- Experience in managing Concessions and creating an engaging retail environment with attention to brand presentation.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and setting financial goals to meet targets and optimize operational efficiency.
- Proven Sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
